More information about how my coaching programme works
As your coach I will do my utmost to give you the best coaching experience that you can get. I have over 25 years experience of working with people to help them with transformation in the areas of confidence building, weight loss, career, business and overall well being and moving forwards in your life when you feel stuck or out of touch with your reality.
The way I work
Over the years, I have built a series of tools which have been tried and tested and have transformed many lives. Often people are using theoretical knowledge, in order to achieve meaningful change, which can work but results can be limited. However, when you use tried and tested methods, the chances of success go up exponentially.
What you will get
You will have options of various packages to choose from. Your chosen package is very important as I need to build rapport with you and understand your challenges. You will get tools and exercises to practice at different stages of your journey. I recommend 1 session per week through your chosen package in order for things to embed and to start to change those neural pathways, which have been engrained for so long. In order for meaningful change to occur, we need to set off on the correct path.
Depending on how we progress, will determine the different exercises carried out. Sometimes resistance can occur, as there is reluctance to change but do not worry about this, as this is perfectly normal when you are embarking on something new. It can be tough to start with.
I will also take the opportunity to do some visualisation exercises and meditation, which can be very useful to relax, quiet the mind and have access to the subconscious. In these modern times most of us have very busy minds, we have up to 60,000 thoughts a day and the majority of these are are negative thoughts, and very similar to what we thought yesterday and the day before and so on.
Will power and logic will not always help but belief and imagination, can make headway. If you want something different to occur in your life you have to do something different.

I have been coaching individuals for the last 15 years covering many topic areas such as:
Business
I have been working in business since 2004 and built a property portfolio, ran online internet marketing businesses and created a team in network marketing selling healthy coffee. Therefore, I have extensive knowledge in this area and can give advice information and support in this area.
Career
I am an adult educator teaching disabled students from the ages of 18 upwards. I teach in the areas of employment, disability rights and confidence building running a nationally accredited course for a charity. I have advised and supported close to 400 students and helped them with their career, further education and finding work that is appropriate for them.
Building confidence /well being
This is a very big area for me as I thrive on my own confidence and am acutely aware that you can have all the qualifications or experience in the world but if you do not feel confident you will struggle to achieve what you want in life. I have many tools and methods to help in this field, such as meditations, positive visualisations and much more.
Weight loss
2 years ago, I was 15.5 stones in weight and feeling terrible about myself. I was relatively fit but not a healthy weight. I am now 13.5 stones having lost 2 stones in weight and managed to keep it off and am maintaining it with minor fluctuations. I achieved this through extensive research of diet, exercise, and mental exercises to keep myself on track. I can help you too to begin healthier habits and improve your health. Although I am not a health practitioner or a dietitian, I can guide you to a more healthy lifestyle.
